Fees and Rebates
Individual Sessions
Medicare rebates to the value of $122.15 per session are available with a referral from a GP or psychiatrist. Please note a referral from a medical professional is not a requirement for our services.
We offer a reduced fee to current Health Care Card Holders for appointments prior to 5pm. Note: all appointments outside of business hours are charged at the standard gap fee.
Medicare Rebates can be claimed directly following your appointment via EasyClaim. Please ensure you bring your Medicare and debit cards if you wish to participate.

Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is made we commit this time for our psychologist to be available to provide a consultation to you. Unlike most other professional services, cancellations made within a day or two usually cannot be filled.
We aim to keep our fee rates as reasonable as possible, based on a minimum number of paid appointments per day. Any missed sessions would potentially result in a loss of expected income. This adds pressure to increase fees in order to compensate, which we prefer not to do.
If you do need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations after this time may incur a charge of 50% of the full session fee, payable at the next session.
